Anu Viks is coming from Estonia and in 2021 became the BPW Europe Regional Coordinator. At the 13th year of the Equal Pay Day conference she presented activities of European federations in terms of Equal Pay Day and other projects. She narrated her personal story about equal pay. Anu also shared the beginnings of the Equal Pay Day campaign in Estonia in 2010.
