What idea would you like to pass on to conference guests and why?
The Influencing Model and its four components. There is nothing more practical than a good theory.
What do you expect to gain from this conference?
Inspiration, positive energy and new friends.
The main 2019 topic is Corporate Identity. What is your view on this topic?
Corporate, or in a broader sense of the meaning, organizational culture, significantly affects not only individuals, but also the larger ecosystem. It affects performance, satisfaction and collaboration. However, not many people can describe it using five apt words or definitions. Comprehensibility and communication is where corporate culture begins rather than ends. Let me end with one reminder: corporate culture is not made up by adjectives, but people.
