The main 2019 topic is Corporate Identity. What is your view on this topic?
Company culture is the basic for functioning the company, it is not only internal relationships but how the company is seen from outside. The company management should spend sufficient time to build it, make sure it is kept and fix all the disbalance from standard. This all are necessary for long term positive company evolution. The company culture is created only by behavior of the management, employees and moral values of every individual.
What do you expect to gain from this conference?
The feeling that simple human personal communication is not getting lost.
What idea would you like to pass on to conference guests and why?
If something is happening real, openly and long term , it brings the results even if at the beginning the surroundings did not believe in it.
