The main 2019 topic is Corporate Identity. What is your view on this topic?
To me the corporate culture starts with the core values a company and its team share. If the culture is strong, those values will be consistently recognisable in all aspects of the business. At Jan Becher Pernod Ricard we are convivialists or “Createurs de convivialite”. With our products and experiences we encourage people around the world to share convivial moments in real life. #BeAConvivialist
What do you expect to gain from this conference?
I am hoping to get inspiration and discover great people in my new host country.
What idea would you like to pass on to conference guests and why?
There is a still a way to go in the Czech republic to truly support more women to succeed in business, in politics, in leadership in general. From family to governmental stakeholders instead of unnecessary pressure I would expect actual acts of encouragement and support of equality and diversity.
