17:10 – 17:30 A farewell toast with a glass of prosecco from Piki to the sound of South African songs performed by Lucie Nozizwe.
WHERE: Clarion Congress Hotel Prague, Freyova 33, Praha 9 Vysočany.
TRANSPORT: Public transport station Vysočanská, by car: parking in NC Fénix for 3 hours for free, there is a lift to the 3rd congress floor directly from the garage.
What will we enjoy together this year?
- The whole event takes place on the 3rd floor of the hotel. Follow the hotel LCD.
- Registration (badges) and locker room open from 8:30 a.m.
- Can’t make breakfast? We have delicious Lofbergs coffee or tea from Ahmad Tea ready for you. And what’s better than a morning of networking? Refreshments from Mondelez are waiting for you.
- For your convenience and an uninterrupted conference experience, we have prepared interpreting stations for you, don’t forget to pick them up outside the main hall.
- 9:30 a.m. We will open the conference and welcome you to the main hall.

- We invite you to a delicious buffet lunch in the stylish hotel restaurant Veduta on the 2nd floor. Follow the signs.
- 3:05 p.m. You can enjoy delicious fritters as part of the Coffe break.
- Thanks to our partners for allowing us to sample Oxylife‘s oxygen in a can and Asahi’s flavored Birell.
- Visit the booths and meeting points in the foyer outside the main hall.
- 5 p.m. We invite you to enjoy a glass of prosecco from Piki
