The Ambassador obtained her degree in Bachelor of Commerce in 1991, B.A. Honours in Public Management and Governance in 2001 and completed her Masters in Development and Management in 2004.
Her working experience began in 1989 as Assistant State Auditor at the Department of the Auditor-General in the Erstwhile Bophuthatswana Government thereafter becoming a Training Officer in 1992. In 1994 to 1996 she held the position of Human Resource Tutor at the Standard Bank of South Africa (then Stanbo) and in 1997 became a Consumer Manager Trainee. In 1997 she was appointed as Senior Training Officer for the Department of Justice and Constitutional Development and thereafter became the Key Accounts Manager in 2002. In 2006 she was appointed The Executive Mayor at Mahikeng Local Municipality . In 2010 she became Special Advisor to the President of the Republic of South Africa until 2011 when she was appointed to the position of Head-Presidential hotline for The Presidency. In 2012 she became Commissioner for the Public Service Commission of the Republic of South Africa. The last two positions held before becoming Ambassador were Municipal Administrator for Kgetlengrivier Local Municipality in 2018 and Municipal Governance and Administration Expert for Mamusa Local Municipality from 2019 to 2020.
In 2022, H.E. Ms. Mosa Ditty Sejosingoe was appointed as Ambassador representing the Republic of South Africa in the Czech Republic.
