These are the issues I usually deal with in my work as a consultant. I think it is very important to work first on awareness and motivation. This gives the right energy to design a realistic plan of action and to have tools and determination to carry it out. Participants will have greater awareness of their goals and will have an action plan that they can start implementing right away.
