Topic: Are you ready to be seen?
Becoming the Chairwoman of the Women’s Council in Opole – becoming more visible and heard – has shown me that I’ve been living in a comfortable bubble. Going out of this bubble is hard, and unpleasant but necessary to be in the place where I am now. Through this process, I’ve discovered my new resources and have learnt something new about myself and my closest ones. So, are ready to be seen and heard?
About me
I’m in the process of letting go of some responsibilities in my company which is a good sign. This is a great situation to see more of how my company is doing – now I have a bigger picture. Also now I can realize my needs as Chairwoman of the Women’s Council of Opole and as a vice president of Laboratorium Zmiany Foundation.
What kind of CHALLENGES are the most imporant in 2023?
My biggest challenge in 2023 is balancing my work, social activity and private life.
What would your younger YOU should know?
My younger version should have more fun and keep this attitude during work. Work is just a tool to make money and achieve some goals, dreams and sometimes a social change. Life is too short to worry about e-mails. 🙂
