I have vast experience in the fields of regulation, fiscal policy, communication and social responsibility on the Slovak, Czech and European levels. Currently, I am helping to build a smoke-free future in the largest tobacco company in the world. It is a great challenge, full of adventures and surprises. I enjoy inspiring people around me and moving them forward.

The main 2019 topic is Corporate Identity. What is your view on this topic?
Corporate culture is created not only by a company’s management, but by each of us. It is shaped by the principles and values that we share and respect. The sooner we achieve balance in this respect, the faster we will start to fully enjoy our time at work and be happier together. This will also be good news for shareholders. The 21st century has brought the opportunity to draw on a wider body knowledge and experience and define the best way of working. Justice, fair play, equal opportunities, mutual support and collaboration – these are only some of the basic pillars that should be focused on.
What idea would you like to pass on to conference guests and why?
Dialogues and plans to constantly improve our lives are important. For almost 20 years of my active professional life, I have seen great progress in diversity and equal payment in the business environment. We do not just talk about things; we also change them and accomplish goals. Although I can see that we are not at the end of this journey, I am an optimist and I will actively continue to participate in arranging equal opportunities for professional growth and pay for all of us.
