About me
We are working on building a new organization that was created by the merger of Danone and Nutricia. Two incredibly interesting worlds have become connected and we are constantly improving mutual cooperation, understanding, and forming a common team.
What do YOU DO to be SEEN & HEARD?
Constantly getting better at listening to different people and perspectives. I try not to make quick conclusions and get inspired by different perspectives.
What kind of CHANGE you would like to SEE & MAKE?
I try to see the topic of inclusive diversity in a comprehensive way, every person in our society should feel part of it and should have the opportunity to assert themselves. On a social level, the topic of single mothers and their support is close to me.
What kind of CHALLENGES are the most imporant in 2023?
Look for opportunities in the current complex geopolitical and economic situation.
What would your younger YOU should know?
Every situation has a solution.
