I firmly believe we should support women returning from maternity leave to successfully adapt and adjust to work and continue ensuring flexibility for working mothers during their life changing periods. The Czech republic is experiencing a dramatic shortage of workforce at all levels and in all sectors. Ensuring suitable flexibility measures can result in higher talent retention and team engagement and increased responsibility.

What kind of good advise would you like to share?

Forget about your weaknesses, nobody hired you because of them, focus on your strenghts and enjoy the ride.
