What are the consequences of choosing different types of careers for you life and what would be the approach to develop for it

Choice is about choosing one way and (which is more of a concern) NOT choosing others. I know many people who think that changing career tracks to other type of work might be better solution and for some people of course it is so. However, we rarely talk and teach others what are the pro-s and con-s of different career types, what is the price and how we can support ourselves in decisions that impact the whole life. So the aim of the session would be to discuss it.

About me

Passionate People and Organization leader, I`ve started my career in HR area in 2003 and since then I find energy and fulfillment in diverse HR areas I am working in, now being P&O Director for Mars Multisales Europe.
I am proud to lead central People and Organization agenda for 4 markets (Czech, Slovakia, Romania and Hungary) so that Mars Inc. can provide great associate experience for our people. We build the culture of performance, development, inclusion and diversity.

What do YOU DO to be SEEN & HEARD?

I believe everybody has a place at the table and the responsibility to make others listen to you is with ourselves. So I ensure every time I have an opinion I am sharing it with others in a good form.

What kind of CHANGE you would like to SEE & MAKE?

I would love to see a change to the better world: respect to a human being, total experience focus at work rather then just business-focus, more kindness and more fun.

What kind of CHALLENGES are the most imporant in 2023?

I would say the main challenge for 2023 is how do we bring business to the next level of development in changing and challenging environment. How do we build such a strong culture internally so people want to come, stay and develop with Mars.

What are the topics that are not publicly spoken, but it definitely should be?

There are a lot of questions that are not discussed openly: diversity, inclusion, income inequality, mental health, etc. and we have to play our role in bringing these topics to the attention of society.

What would your younger YOU should know?

That actually there are no limits at all in this world, and you can achieve much more if you allow yourself to do so.
