Topic:  Want Career Success and a Life Worth Living? Reverse Engineering for Women in Leadership.

Through years of working with female leaders, I’ve observed that success for them goes beyond just becoming outstanding leaders. It’s about living a good life, both professionally and personally.

So, why is it that so many of us women excel professionally while our personal lives and well-being suffer?

Guilty as charged, I’ve had to go through near-burnout, several crises, and a long journey to figure out some of life’s crucial lessons.

In our mentoring session, I’d love to share my findings and explore different ways for you to craft a life that’s as rewarding at home as it is in the boardroom.

This session is a space for all of us to learn, inspire, and be inspired. My hope is that you’ll leave not only with food for thought but with concrete, actionable steps to start reverse engineering your life.

Looking forward to meeting you!

About me

I guide women to shine as leaders in their own unique way. SHELeads was created as my passion project back in 2018, and since then, I have worked with female execs from 18 nationalities across 4 continents. Whilst current SHELeads participants are gradually approaching the end of their journey, I am busy interviewing candidates for the next cohort starting on March 13th.

What does the word „opportunity“ mean to you?

With my optimistic mind and a curious, adventurous spirit, I have a tendency to see opportunities everywhere. Not that I always act upon it, but I find this ability pretty handy, especially in dealing with problems. I tend to re-frame problems as opportunities 🙂

What would you like to wish Equal Pay Day for its 15th birthday?

On one hand, exposure to more women and men looking to better their lives and the lives of those around them. On the other hand, a bunch of creative and diverse content ideas to expose your audience to different ways and perspectives, letting them choose what suits their needs best.

What opportunity changed your life?

Honestly speaking, I am not sure which one to choose. There’s a moment from my early life for which I am very grateful to my former husband. One day at dinner, I talked about something that had truly captured my attention and said, ‚this is something that I would do if I were single.‘ His reply shocked me and changed the course of my life: ‚Why don’t you do it?‘

What opportunity did you miss?

After I finished working in the corporate world, I had several business projects, and there was one that I held onto for much too long, missing other opportunities along the way.
