„I chose this topic because it is one of the hardest aspects of being a woman in a man’s field. Just having women employees in a tech company is not evidence of influence. Women need to have particular ways of communicating in order to be effective. When should they smile? When should they be tough? When loud? When quiet? What are some tips to make sure women’s voices are heard?
