Hungarian Embassy in Prague, First Secretary

Money does not bring solutions. Solutions bring money
Mentoring should be based on the client’s current issues. In that spirit, I leave the topic quite open, so we can discuss your‘ own issues, whether it is getting investment for your startup, or asking for a salary raise, or involve non-financial resouces for your project, etc. Bring an issue to the table so we can work on something that will truly benefit you right after the session ends.
After 15 years working for international NGOs, I moved on to work in the corporate sector on business ethics, CSR and diversity issues, as a consultant to clients in telecom, media, government, etc. In 2010 I was elected to be a member of parliament for the Greens and I served for four years, mostly working on women’s issues, consumer protection and foreign affairs. I started my foreign service in Prague in 2016 with my 14 year old twin daughters. We love Prague and I am happy to use my diverse experience in all three sectors: nonprofit, corporate and government and my skills in coaching, mentoring and strategic consultancy for the local business community, especially to women.
Why do you consider your participation at the event „Ženy sobě“ and the women´s support to be important?
I believe I have a broad range of experience, both in various areas and in many countries. Supporting the next generation of women business leaders is key to our region.
What do you think when you hear : You can buy everything for money !?
Almost true. Unfortunately, the only thing you can’t buy is the most important thing in life.
If you were to explain to an alien what money means for us what would you say?
It is a tool to make exchanges easier.
What makes you happy at work?
Being efficient and helpful to others.
What career loss eventually turned out to be a profit?
Define career loos. I don’t see my failures as loss, maybe their loss. For me, they are experiences.
What does „abundance“ mean to you and how do you maintain it?
I count my blessings. I take note and appreciate my priviledges in life: good friends, good conversations, good experiences.
